Hatha Yoga Classes

Hatha yoga focuses on balancing and harmonizing the body, mind, and emotions.

 

Lauren is dedicated to promoting this balance through her warm, open, and nurturing teaching style.

 

Her classes are designed to cultivate balance in all aspects of life and are suitable for beginners to intermediate students.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy is ideal for those who feel unable or uncomfortable in general classes and prefer private or semi-private sessions.

​

This includes individuals recovering from injuries, experiencing social anxiety, or seeking body positivity.

​

Each session is tailored to the individual's needs and may vary weekly based on their physical state and external stressors.

 

Significant physical and mental improvements have been observed in yoga therapy students.

Yin & Sound Yoga

Yin Yoga involves long poses/stretches. It invites your body and mind to slow down, soothes and calms your nervous system.


Relax and absorb the vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls.


Cosy blankets, bolsters, blocks, padded mats provided.

 

 Full Moon Group Sound Healing

During these sessions, Catherine will guide you through a 90-minute meditation class to help you get grounded and centered in your body.

 

Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls as you restore your energy centers.

Qigong Classes

Qigong is a gentle and restorative exercise therapy which encompasses movement, meditation, acupressure practices and stillness.


A qigong class can help to release tension so that the energy of your body is able to circulate freely. It is a practice that tends to all levels of wellbeing: mind, body, emotional and spiritual.

Breathe Meditation

In this class you will be guided through a series of gentle breathing exercises (please note: this is NOT a breath work class).


The purpose of focusing on our breathing is to become more aware and connected to our physical self, the present moment, and learn how to use gentle breathing techniques to revitalise and calm your mind and body.

This class is enjoyed lying down on padded mats (provided). We also have complimentary cushions, blankets, bolsters.
